Your prayers are working!

Just heard back from Tricia - continued good news from the daily ultrasound. The donor's blood flow seems to have stabilized (absent end diastolic flow in the umbilical artery, ductus venuous and cerebral artery appear normal). We have not seen reverse flow in the umbilical artery for the last couple of days which is better than last week. The doctors are still very concerned with the donor's blood flow and still classify it as very poor, however, it does not appear to be deteriorating further as it was last week. Both babies scored 8 out of 8 on their BPP test today.

As the doctor said after today's ultrasound... "you have bought another 24 hours". Lets hope we can continue to hear that every day for the next couple of weeks.

Love and hugs to you all,

Albie & Tricia

Patty and Albie,
I continue to check these updates daily and I am so happy to hear that you "bought" another day. "Tiny" and "Greedy" seem to be gamblers...Las Vegas here they come! The power of prayer is amazing. Hang in there!
Love,
Kim :)

_Fantastic, Albie and Trisha,
Prayers are, indeed, working. I am attending a healing. meditative retreat in Victoria BC this weekend. We will all say prayers for all of you and send healing to those precious babies.

Hi Mr. & Mrs. F: Well that is good news again. I am glad the babies are passing their tests everyday. It is truly amazing how hard it must be to lay on your side day in and day out and never complain and keep smiling. The babies maybe passing their tests but you both have also passed your "tests" and will be amazing parents. Hang in there and rest up now because once they are born, you won't be resting anytime soon! Love and kisses to you both...Cricket & Bruce E Kins

Tricia...reading your blog brings back so many flashbacks! I remember trying to get to 28, then 30, then 32, and 34 and then wanting to cut them out myself @ 36! I was admitted in December as well and my due date was Feb. 14. They were born Jan. 18 It was a struggle to keep them in each day and to keep my spirits up while being poked and prodded every minute! Every day seemed like we were on red alert. You're in my thoughts...Danielle keeps me updated. Keep incubating!
Love, Shelley Kerr
